For over 26 years I have handled a variety of different litigation matters, including construction, commercial and probate litigation.  Over that time period I have tried well over 50 cases in state and federal courts to judge and jury alike. While I am comfortable on my feet in a courtroom, I also know that a courtroom is the last place most client's should be, so I try to resolve cases before that expensive, time consuming and frustrating experience.
